After 11 weeks of scouring 25 universities and 1,500 applicants, these are the people that will forever impact the lives of over 8,000 campers.  Leaving pride behind, a summer staffer jumps at the opportunity to show campers the joy of being who God created them to be (this make take the form of a counselor challenge requiring a pie in the face or leading the cabin in the best ‘cabin clean-up’ or doing the best burrito down the waterslides).  If you can take a rock and create an hour of fun, or a roll of foil and make the ultimate mascot, then you may be just the summer staff we’re looking for.  Sky Ranch summer staff create an environment where kids feel safe and loved; a place where they don’t feel like an afterthought, but that they are the most important thing.  One of the best things about being summer staff is giving each camper the opportunity to have a conversation with a Godly man or woman (that’s you) that will challenge, motivate, and encourage the campers in their own pursuit of God.  If you want to use your summer to make a difference in someone’s life, then come join our Sky Ranch family!
